What are some of the fundamental principles you operate under? We provide leading edge tools, and support for people and the companies they work in, to experience life in a deeper more meaningful way with courage, willingness, acceptance, love, power and purpose. The fundamental principles underlying all we do:
What results might I expect working with you? Everyone works with us for their own reasons and to achieve their own results, but here are some of the outcomes others have achieved:
How do clients accomplish these outcomes? We help them to literally think differently. This is accomplished through what we call Deeper Dialogues. A Deeper Dialogue is a powerful way of thinking that provides a below the surface understanding of how to succeed and handle life. It is the language of quiet power, effortless action, inspiration, love of self and others, truth, synergy, free will, agreement, meaning and transformation. When you are ready it leads one to the natural conclusion that life is simple, elegant and easy. The challenge is to break yourself free of a thinking that is limited in its scope and effectiveness at seeing a clear reality. This we call the Classic Conversation. It is the time honoured and accepted approach to succeeding and handling life. It is conventional thinking and is the language of motivation, fear, forcing, pushing, telling, working longer, working harder, downsizing, rightsizing, efficiencies and change. For instance you can hear the Classic Conversation when people discuss life balance, managing their time, and managing conflict. It cannot validate the possibility of a simpler, deeper answer but it will continue to try to an ultimately unsatisfying conclusion. Hence people's deep restlessness and continuous anxiety. There is a lot of cynicism and skepticism for change initiatives. People seem to be running out of energy. Yes people are running out of energy. They are running out of that critical energy that keeps them sharp, clear and powerful. There is too much fear and unnecessary tension in workplaces right now. I don't blame people for being cynical or skeptical. But they will openly accept programs if you meet them where they are. We have talked with many participants regarding implementation. Here are the criteria we follow based on what they shared with us:
When we come in to
a company to help it achieve it goals, it is clear from the outset that
this will be a different experience for everyone. It is imperative they
understand this, as they are tired of the same old, same old. We find
that given the choice most people will decide to improve their life for
themselves and for the company because it makes sense to them. Your Bio gives an overview of your career, but who are you? I am someone who has for as long as I can remember been interested in how people think and operate in the world. Even as a teenager while painting water pipes high up in factory rafters I remember listening to people interact and wondering how they can work better together. It has been a lifetime pursuit that gets expressed through all I do both personally and professionally. Though I do have a university degree I was not a good student and it was not until my mid-thirties, early forties that my fascination for human development and the potential of the human spirit fully blossomed. I have created and refined over the years all the programs and the philosophy that I live and my clients use. It would have been no doubt easier to go out and buy into other peoples training packages but I was driven to create, write and reflect on my own observations and conclusions. The interesting challenge of course is to accept who you are and how you operate in the world and then to fully maximize this understanding. I would say that when this clarity hit me between the eyes my ability to help my clients increased significantly. I see my progress as the inverse to formal learning where you learn in order to develop knowledge and skills to apply in the world. For me, it can be described as "I am and now let's figure out what I am all about by unraveling and understanding." As you can no doubt
conclude it is extremely important that I live what I teach. I believe
to be truly effective in helping someone transform their life, I have
to be prepared to go to the edges of myself. Life, after all is worth
playing to the fullest.
