For the past 20 years Jonathan has helped people and organizations successfully maneuver through change by using an approach to business, leadership and strategic thinking that is unique and powerful. He has developed a proven system of tools and support his clients use to think more clearly and act with greater confidence and focus.

Jonathan has written 6 books including the Thinking Differently leadership series and LEAP! A Journey to Personal Power and Possibility, which is now recognized and available across the globe in 4 languages. Both are an integral part of his approach.

Jonathan’s passion for seeing family and private enterprises succeed is a result of his own family background. Jonathan is a member of a successful New Brunswick family who operated a business for 110 years until finally due to family strife, personal agendas and loss of vision was unable to meet the demands of a changing market place and the company folded. Watching the turmoil and challenges of that unraveling deeply affected Jonathan and became the focus of his career choice and direction.

Jonathan has dedicated himself to understanding what is necessary to help other families succeed. He has developed effective tools and together with critical third party objective advice allows his clients to see the landscape reality more clearly in order to navigate the special challenges of leadership, operation and succession found in family enterprises.
